Shipping Information
All regular in-stock items ship within our standard 7–10 business day processing window. Please note that select pieces are hand sewn and made with extra care. Because of the time and attention that goes into each one, these items require a longer processing time of approximately 10–14 business days (and up to 21 during peak periods). During higher order volumes, processing times may extend slightly. We truly appreciate your patience and support as each piece is thoughtfully prepared for you.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the limited quantities currently available and the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Additionally, for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel including briefs is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
