2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.

Because certain pieces may be hand sewn or produced in limited quantities, slight variations may occur and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reflect exact color accuracy.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

Payment must be received in full before order processing begins.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraud
• Pricing or typographical errors
• Inventory discrepancies
• Unauthorized or unlawful transactions

If an order is canceled after payment is received, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Customers agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing and shipping information. AURAYAKO is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

4. Shipping & Processing

Regular in-stock items are processed within approximately 7–10 business days.

Hand sewn or made-to-order pieces may require approximately 10–14 business days (or longer during high-volume periods).

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, AURAYAKO is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon transfer to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout.

5. ALL SALES FINAL

All sales are final.

Due to limited quantities and the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel including briefs is strictly final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information prior to purchase.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aurayakollc@gmail.com with documentation of the issue. Claims made after this window may not be honored.

6. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes:

• Cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
• Must be used before expiration
• Cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases

We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

12. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

Improper or fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
